This class will leave you feeling energized, destressed and uplifted. 


A fun and contemporary choreography to great music. The choreography mixes movements from yoga, tai chi and pilates. Each track is dedicated to a particular area of the body or modality: warm-up, leg strength, balancing, hip openners, leg stretches, abs and back, twists and relaxation. 


Our teachers offer a variety of options to suit your level and physical limitations. You are also welcome to start with a few tracks and keep adding on as you get stronger. 


Be prepared to sweat and challenge yourself! 


Beware it is addictive!
